ExpenseJoy may provide receipt upload and OCR functionality to help extract information from uploaded receipts.
OCR-generated information may not always be completely accurate due to the quality, format, readability, or content of a receipt.
Users should review extracted information and make any necessary corrections before submitting or relying on an expense record.
ExpenseJoy does not guarantee that automatically extracted information will always be complete or error-free.
ExpenseJoy may provide features that allow users to create, submit, review, approve, and track expense reports and reimbursements.
ExpenseJoy provides tools to facilitate these processes but does not independently determine whether an expense is valid, compliant, reimbursable, or eligible under a user's company policy.
Businesses and authorized administrators are responsible for establishing and enforcing their own expense policies and approval rules.
Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted expense information is accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, software, payment services, accounting platforms, or other services.
ExpenseJoy does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policies.
We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.
The ExpenseJoy Services, including the website, software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, features, and other content provided by the Company, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ExpenseJoy takes reasonable measures designed to protect user information and maintain the security of the Services.
